Interesting Sci-Fi Books of last decade... Read Aloud by AI

My favorites:

Powai Lake

I quite often walk around the Powai Lake, listening to my favorite books read out loud to me by a Text-to-speech engine. I prefer this over Audio-books because:
  • I can toggle between listening and reading
  • The eBooks are cheaper than Audio-books
  • I can listen to the AI reading in English with Indian Accent
  • AI is the next big thing
The following books that explore mind boggling Futures are on the way to become classics in league of Issac Asimov, Arthur Clarke, Stephen Baxter and Orson Scott Card:
  • "Daemon" (2006) and "Freedom" (2010) by Daniel Suarez
    • AI, Augmented/ Virtual Reality, Gamification of Business
    • 3D Printing, Global Economics controlled by AI
  • "Change Agent" (2017) by Daniel Suarez
    • Near Future: Bio-Technology
    • Gene editing
    • Product Farms!
  • "The Punch Escrow" (2017) by Tal M. Klein
    • A thriller with 3D Printing and Teleportation
    • How about a 3D printed burger?
  • "Dark Matter" (2016) by Blake Crouch
    • Quantum Super Position
    • Multi-Verse Theory
  • "Recursion" (2019) by Blake Crouch
    • A thriller involving changes in fabric of Space-time
    • Mapping Brain Function & Digitalizing Memory cloning
  • Remembrance of Earth's Past series by Cixin Liu
    • Books: Three Body Problem, The Dark Forest and Death's End (2010). The series is about Chinese history, Social Engineering, Space travel, Alien invasion and earth's response.
    • Followup Fourth Book:  A Fan Fiction: "Redemption of Time" (2019) by Baoshu. This is a philosophical take on Birth, Death and Re-birth of Universes!
